On board the M/Y Sea Star Journey, guests can enjoy local and international dishes, served in the cozy atmosphere. The yacht offers a large solarium with shaded and uncovered areas, two jacuzzi’s, and comfortable lounge beds. Social areas include a restaurant & bar, mini-library and video library as well as a play zone for kids (during family departures). Snorkeling equipment and kayaks are available too without any extra charge.

Sea Star Journey Suites

  • 8 spacious Galapagos & Matrimonial suites (approx. 25,2m2)
  • 1 Sea Star Suite (approx. 35,2m2) equipped with panoramic windows to enjoy the wonderful landscapes of the islands.

These come with a private bathroom, hot/cold water, air conditioning (with independent controls), a minibar and TV. Twin beds (or one faux queen bed) and connected suites are available for families.

Morning: San Cristobal Island
Arrival in airport and transfer to the boat. Briefing onboard about the boat and the island.

Evening: San Cristobal Island - Cerro Colorado
Amazing views of La Galapaguera as well as the south and eastern coasts of the island.

Wednesday

Morning: Española Island - Suárez Point
Suarez Point is one of the most outstanding wildlife areas of the archipelago.

Evening: Española Island - Gardner Bay
Gardner Bay has a magnificent beach with turquoise waters. The bay is home of a large colony of sea lions.

Thursday

Morning: Floreana Island - Cormorant Point
Cormorant Point offers a trail overlooking a saltwater lagoon that is a favourite of flamingos.

Morning: Floreana Island - Devil's Crown
Arguably the best snorkeling site in the islands, Devil's Crown boasts an amazing variety of fish.

Evening: Floreana Island - Baroness' Observatory
This site shows a breath-taking view of La Loberia and the inland features of Floreana Island.

Evening: Floreana Island - Post Office Bay
A white-sand beach where in the past sailors used to leave and receive their letters in a barrel.

Morning: Santa Fe Island

Evening: South Plaza Island
South Plaza has one of the largest populations of land iguanas in the Galapagos.

Saturday

Morning: North Seymour Island
Explore the rocky coast, passing colonies of blue-footed boobies and magnificent frigatebirds.

Evening: Santa Cruz Island - Bachas Beach
A swimming beach and one of the few remnants of the U.S. World War II presence in the Galápagos.

Sunday

Morning: Mosquera Island
The island consists is a long narrow stretch of white sand, rocks, and tide pools.

Arrival in Baltra airport and transfer to the boat. Briefing onboard about the boat and the island.

Evening: Santa Cruz Island - Dragon Hill
A hypersalinic lagoon frequented by flamingos, stilts, pintail ducks and other species of birds.

Morning: Santa Cruz Island - Black Turtle Cove
This shallow inlet is surrounded by mangroves and provides natural protection for a variety of marine life.

Evening: Sombrero Chino Island
The landing is on a beautiful crescent-shaped beach, home to sea lions and Sally Lightfoot crabs.

Tuesday

Morning: Genovesa Island - Prince Phillip's Steps
An extraordinary, steep path leads through a seabird colony full of life, up to cliffs that are 25m high.

Evening: Genovesa Island - Darwin Bay
A coral beach where a 750 mt. trail takes you through more seabird colonies.

Wednesday

Morning: Bartholomew Island
Bartholomew is home of the Pinnacle Rock, the most famous view in the Galapagos, and a beautiful white-sanded beach.

Evening: Santiago Island - Sullivan Bay
The lava field has a variety of patterns made by the shapes and textures of trees that once existed there. 

Thursday

Morning: Santa Cruz Island - Highlands
The highlands are located in the northern part of the island and can reach elevations up to 1500 mt.

Morning: Isabela Island - Las Tintoreras
A short distance from Puerto Villamil is the small island known as Las Tintoreras.

Evening: Isabela Island - Sierra Negra Volcano
On the way up you can see lush vegetation and the summit offers a spectacular view of the lowlands.

Saturday

Morning: Isabela Island - Moreno Point
Beautiful rocky shores where penguins and shore birds, including blue herons, are usually spotted.

Evening: Isabela Island - Elizabeth Bay
As enter you the bay, hawks can soar overhear and schools of fish can be seen swimming underneath.

Morning: Fernandina Island - Espinosa Point
A narrow stretch of land where hundreds of marine iguanas gather largely on black lava rocks.

Evening: Isabela Island - Tagus Cove
An opportunity to see penguins as well as marine iguanas, Sally Lightfoot crabs and sea lions.

Morning: Santiago Island - Espumilla Beach
